Thank you for visiting and shopping with us here at Brooklyn Iced Coffee. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Brooklyn Iced Coffee only ships to addresses within the continental U.S.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Brooklyn Iced Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at Info@BrooklynIcedCoffee.com  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other], and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return/exchange/return or exchange]. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your [return/exchange/return or exchange. [Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.]

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Any opened products

Any Damaged products

·    A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns 

·    Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
